GUARANTEE

 

 

AM|RIGONI offers, free of charge, small repairs that do not require material replacement, within a period of one year from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the Warranty Certificate. 

The warranty covers jewelry maintenance, cleaning and polishing services, repair of technical problems related to the manufacture of the pieces or their materials involved, such as adjustments to the claws that hold stones and/or pearls.

Problems caused by falls, improper use of the product, any type of accident, maintenance (gold and/or rhodium baths) and contact with chemical products are not part of the guarantee.

The part must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, accompanied by its invoice and guarantee certificate, and must not present modifications, adjustments or reforms.

If the part is within warranty conditions, the customer must contact us via email mrigoni.contato@gmail.com.

Once the technical problem is verified, the period for repair and return of the part is 45 (forty-five) calendar days. If it is not possible to repair the problem, another equal or similar piece, of the same value, will be delivered to the customer.

If no problem is found, or if it has been caused by misuse, the piece will be returned to the customer, with the freight being your responsibility.

Parts outside the warranty conditions, when subject to adjustments and/or repairs, may be repaired upon prior approval of the budget by the customer.
