DELIVERY POLICY

 

The delivery policy for products purchased through our e-commerce addresses the following issues:

AM|RIGONI charges standard shipping of thirty reais to send, via Sedex, products purchased through the website.

The estimated period may vary depending on the type of product, the availability or not of stock for immediate delivery or, eventually, some type of customization to be carried out at the request of the customer.

The estimated delivery time starts from the moment the payment is approved by the financial institutions. The product will be posted within 05 (five) business days after confirmation of payment for parts in stock. For made-to-order products, the manufacturing period is up to 45 (forty-five) working days.

AM|RIGONI sends the customer an order confirmation email, informing the estimated delivery time.

Always check the invoice and the products upon delivery and refuse if the packaging is not in adequate condition.

If the customer receives an order whose packaging shows signs of damage (which could compromise the integrity of the products) or of violation, he must refuse to receive the order, claiming the situation found. This fact must be communicated immediately to the e-mail mrigoni.contato@gmail.com, for the necessary measures.

When requesting information about a purchase made on our website, please provide the order number, to facilitate the service.

In cases where there are returns/exchanges, and after analyzing the issues involving this operation, M|RIGONI will send its customers an email containing all the procedures that the customer must adopt so that the products are collected and dispatched again for the company.

 

IMPORTANT:   The delivery time is counted after confirmation of payment and varies according to the product purchased and delivery location.

If there is any delay in your delivery, the responsibility is passed on to the Post Office. We suggest consulting the term at site http://www.correios.com.br/.

I still haven't received my order, what should I do?

  • Delivery date - Check the expected delivery date for your order.

  • Check the deadline for delivery of your order - Confirm the data entered for delivery.

  • Payment - Confirm that your order has already had payment confirmed. IMPORTANT: When paying with a credit card, the delivery period starts to be considered from the confirmation of payment and release of your order. For payments made via current account,  M|RIGONI releases the order after confirmation of the payment made by the financial institution.

  • Absence of Receiver - 3 delivery attempts are made. After the same, if there is no one to receive the product(s) it will return to our billing center and you will receive a notification. Our deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, during business hours (08:00h to 18:00h). In the case of an apartment, check with the concierge if the product has been delivered.

  • Refusal of the Order - Make sure that the people in charge of receiving the order, such as porters or other responsible persons, do not refuse to receive it.

  • Natural and Adverse Factors - Delays may occur due to rain, accidents or strikes in the region where the product should be delivered, making it impossible for the carrier to arrive.
